Delete your Yallah account

For both Yallah riders and Yallah drivers.

In the app

Open your account settings and choose the account deletion option. Follow the confirmation steps.

By email

Email hello@getyallah.com with the subject “Yallah account deletion”. Include the phone number linked to your account and whether you use the rider or driver app. We may ask you to verify account ownership. Never send passwords or verification codes by email.

What happens to your information

Deletion ends access to the account and removes identifying account information from retained trip records. Driver documents are scheduled for cleanup 90 days after deletion. Some financial, security or legal records may need to be retained, and backup copies expire through normal rotation. See the privacy policy for more details, or contact us about your specific request.
